Dealer -- Vs -- Indi -- Mechanic !

i got no respond on my topic of shift knocb .. jerking while breaking ... so i took it serious and take the car to indi mechanic ... they lift the car and hit the gas paddel ... and it shows that my rear wheel ... not rotateing poperly ... so they looked for cuse and found .. the rear bushing is bad ... + told me .. one of the axel is bad + rear 2 control arms + splinders + both rear bearing need to be replace ... so im here to get help from you guys so please kindly help me out .. ..so tell me guys .. are they telling me the truth .. do i really need to change all those parts .... i have doubt becuse last time i took my car to dealer they check the car and told me only i have to do is 2 engine mount & 1 transmission mount they recommend the same bushing which i didnt do at that time .. but dealer didnt told me anything abt axel or or control arm or splinder neighter abt the bearing ... so what should i do guys plz ...

I agree you could also go to a good Toyota dealer and see what they say. Go to a place that has a lot of business, in other words a place where they may not be scraping for money. A place that would tell you that they cannot take your car because they have too much work. You could also go to a mechanic school and have them look at it for free.

Get a second estimate from a different shop and compare the two.
