ArmyofOne Posted March 14, 2007 Posted March 14, 2007 I had my eye on a Beautiful 1993 Lexus ES300. i wanted it so bad...LOL...it had a blown head gasket but the price was right, for $1,000 i can fix the thing....then i got to thinking... I want an LS400...next year sometime hopefully. If i would have gotten this car, there would have been no LS4. i put my head back on my shoulders and decided i would rather have a running LS with 150k for $8,000 than a non running ES that for $1,000 that i MAY end up sinking $7,000 into...kinda liek the ES250, anyone remember that struggle? lol.

Plus the rear wheel drive will give you a lot less probable tranny problems.... Thank you for your service....And good luck in your venture for a LS,, you deserve it.
