MikeMiel
I know what the problem is. The ecu is dead and it is a common problem with the SC's. I still have the same problem because I cannot find a rear view power mirror ecu anywhere. If you take yours out, the chip is right behind the dashboard. To get it you need to go directly under your car of your pedals, (where the fuses are in the drivers seat) and look up next to the dashboard for an ecu. That is where the power mirrors ecu is. If you find an ecu, please tell me because I am still looking for one.
GrnHrnt
Factory manual for a '00 SC says to first check " RADIO No 2 " fuse on J/B No. 1 (driver side kick panel) and "DOME " fuse on R/B No.2 (under the hood).
LLS
It's likely your mirror ECU. if checking the fuses yields no result, you'll know.
