LSB3096
Several members talk about charging the battery into the "green". I only see the "blue" on my 400. Am I missing something???? Thanks.
gtoph
If you can get it into the top 2 bars it'll change to green. Try going down a big-ol' hill and put it in 'B' or use your brake ever so slightly.

SOMEONE ELSE'S GOT MY NAME
If you can get it into the top 2 bars it'll change to green. Try going down a big-ol' hill and put it in 'B' or use your brake ever so slightly. I thought you go down into a valley, and UP a hill. :^) that's just me. On earlier versions (prius, for example) . . . even the regen arrows (going from ICE to battery) would turn green when it was recharging. The Lexus regen arrows though, are kinda yellow. For me that's not as regen looking . . . but again I guess that's just me.
Gryphon
I was too lazy to go out last night and drive my 400 to check the color of the bars, but today I drove off and had solid green on local roads for at least 5 miles. Now I'm gonna be watching the stupid thing constantly....thanks for nothing LSB3096. Tom
LexRexBlue
I live in a hilly part of NJ and my bars are green most of the time. Because the battery is mostly charged (only top bar missing) it'll stay green while coasting at higher mph, too. However, I don't purposely drive to make them green.
