Shayan
Hello, I have a 1992 es300 with 169000 Miles on it, and i spend every one of my pay checks on that car. It makes a lemon look good.(LOL) This morning when i was turning, The steering wheel kept spinning 360 degrees, when i turned, You know how theres a point where the tires cant go no further and your steering wheel stops turning, well mine just kept going in circles. Is that my steering rack? And this afternoon about 10 hours later after that happend, its catching now and working normal, but it screeches when i turn it. Any help or suggestions would help. Thanks. xxxavier2k
Do your wheel turn at all when you turn the steering wheel? Check the linkage between the steering rack pinion and the steering wheel shaft in the engine bay.

Yes, The wheel does turn and when it turns it screeches and clicks almost like a cv joint sound, but my cv joints are new so it cant be that.
