It is located under the dash on the drivers side. thanks. my wife 01 rx300( 71K miles ) VSC and CEL light came on couple days ago, after research ( here, autozone( free code reading ) and Lexus dealer ) that point out it is bank 1 sensor 1 problem, the parts is on the way and plan to replace it asap. the car still running fine without any high rpm, not easy to shift...... unfortunately, my 98 ls400( 50K miles ) have the same lights( VSC off and CEL ) came on yesterday, still try to figure out what causes the problem. the car has a little vibration when 60 mph that never happen before.
