SW03ES Posted August 20, 2006 Share Posted August 20, 2006 Welcome to the LOC, congrats on your new IS! Unfortunately the dealer sold you a bottle of Snake Oil. The IBEX (is that what they're calling it now?) is basically a polymer sealant (similar to products like Zaino and Klasse you can buy and use yourself) and will last a MAXIMUM of 6 months, probably more like 3 months and the paint will again be unprotected. The companies that sell these products should be sent to prison, its not possible for a product to remain on the paint surface for 5 years, unless its paint...
