SexyLexy92 Posted August 9, 2003 Posted August 9, 2003 I have a SC300 92 that I bought from an individual. The OD light is blinking. The owners manual says tranny problems. I have no power upon acceleration. Feels like something is holding it back. I disengaged the trac on/off to see if that could be the problem. Didn't help the problem to much. Sometimes, it will take off with all the power it should have, but then when coming to a traffic light, it will repeat the process again. No POWER!
UCF3 Posted August 10, 2003 Posted August 10, 2003 The OD governs the overdrive gear to engage. the RPMs should be going up most of the time. Not quite sure why the Tranny is the issue! Someone else will come along and might be able to answer that question. Sorry.
SKperformance Posted August 10, 2003 Posted August 10, 2003 theo/d light blinks when the torque convetor is having problems of not releasing get a tranny flush asap and you might get lucky and fix it
