The "chip" is a resistor that fools the ECU into thinking the intake air is cool, and maybe you get some better performance. Personally I wouldn't put one on and if I did I'd just buy the resistor somewhere for a couple of bucks.

Clear bras are nice. Don't know the quality of the one on Ebay, but for sure they aren't something for do it yourself. Best left to a professional installer and a name brand product.

Agreed, the resistor in a box is a waste of time as Toyota uses a learning curve ECU, which means after 10 minutes the computer figures out the values have changed and will recalibrate for it. So any change is now non existent

The bra is better left for those with time and experience especially if you have a nice car and would like to keep it that way.
