I'm Retarded! Where's The Nut For The Antenna!

I have a broken antenna and am trying to fix it. I took off the motor casing to get the broken plastic out, but where is that supid nut to get the antenna out so I can replace it?????

to get the antenna mast out ?

there is no nut for that.... just turn your cars radio on and go back and fourth in turning your accessories on and off with your key.... it should just pop off....

The nut is on the top of the antenna and you have to unscrew it.Also to pop the antenna out you have to hold down the fm button then turn your ignition to the on position.
