Will 2001+ Ls430 17" Wheels Fit On A 95 Ls?

I am looking for a set of wheels to mount my winter tires on for this comming winter. I bought my car from a dealer in Arizona, so the original chrome wheels are perfect. I dont want to put them through the salt and grime. I was able to locate a set of take-offs from my Lexus dealer from an 01 LS430 with the 17" wheel option. Will these fit on my 95 LS?

Any recommendations on snow tires for these cars? I dont have TRAC but I hear they get along pretty well with a good set of snows.

They should. I think the bolt pattern is the same, but I'm not sure about the offset.

As per my Avatar pic, I've fitted SC430 18's to my LS400. They have same stud pattern (5x114.3) and close enough offset. LS400 needs positve 30-38 offset.
