Tinting With Navigation

I read through the manual and it said not to tint the windows if you have a navigation system because it interferes with the satelites. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks

I think you're ok as long as you don't get metallic tint.

I have the Nav and I tinted mine... love it... It didnt seem like the original had ANY TINT at all... felt like I was up on a stage with a spot light... lol and barkat is right... your fine as long as you don't get the metallic tint....

I was only able to use 49% I think if I remember right on the sides.... and 35% on the back.... I guess the factory does have 3% or something so if I got the 35%... then it would make mine illegal... Wish I had the 35%.... but even the 49% or whatever it is.. helps A LOT!! IMHO...

I have 15% tint on all windows and I have never had any problem with it, works great
