What impressed me the most is that Lexus has one of the highest customer loyalty rates. Are they really that good? Do you get better treatment if you buy a new Lexus as opposed to a used one? Not sure but I would think if you called the salesman that you dealt with he would cut you a pretty good deal on another purchase! I also purchased my RX330 preowned through the CPO program, and I could not imagine the service so far to be any better...maybe someone else can add to this... I have owned quite a few Toyotas before my purchase of a Lexus and since they are pretty much the same...I would have to say YES! By the way did you get AWD or FWD???
