Just picked up a new (to me) RX330...love this car! What impressed me the most is that Lexus has one of the highest customer loyalty rates. Are they really that good? Do you get better treatment if you buy a new Lexus as opposed to a used one? I was thinking of picking up a sedan for the wife. Are there any programs for new/repeat owners?
