BigTruckGuy Posted July 19, 2003 Posted July 19, 2003 Hello. I'm posting this for my dad. Our LS400's driver door won't open. If you try using the key from outside, it won't go all the way. If you do it from the inside the latch moves a little, but remains closed. We can't open the door panels, just pry them off a little at the top. Has anyone had this problem before? Or know what to do? I'd appreciate any help, thank you.
SKperformance Posted July 20, 2003 Posted July 20, 2003 the key wont go in all the way or turn all the way sounds like the rod is bent someone probably tried to break in with a slim jim and bent the lock rods or poped it off the locking pins you might want to try a AAA guy to open the car with a set
