Assuming outside, are you using a key or a remote to lock/unlock the door? Are you pulling the handle and the door not opening? Assuming inside, are you using the door lock/unlock feature? Are you pulling the handle and the door not opening? It really depends on the situation whether you are outside or inside your vehicle. Please clarify.
