I would surmise that the 350, being the high powered beast of the two models, would command sticker or above.  But if one were looking at the 250, I bet you could negotiate an attractive deal below sticker.

yes the 250 will be the more popular production so a discount is not unheard. The 350's should command sticker not above. I have one on order and I can't wait.

Ive heard from friends of mine looking at the IS350's in Houston that the dealerships have drastically jacked up the prices on the cars.  A fully loaded one that my friend was looking at was 44k....  What is that?

Consider the base price and that some of the option packages range from about $4000 to $8000 +, the sticker could easily total $44,000. If you're trading for a hight end car with lots options, then the dealer might allow you more on your trade in. It should all work out the same for the difference.
