When i put car on REVERSE, it run perfectly, But when put on D drive with Overdrive ON, O/D light flash On - off and car doesn't get accelerate quickly, RPM goes high. it has lost pick up :( . once car goes on above speed of 20 to 25 it runs perfectly. Does anyone know what could be the problem with it? What is problem with accelaration at start? I Hope it is not a problem with transmission. NeiLtYmE Posted July 15, 2003 Share Posted July 15, 2003 Sounds like a problem only at the 1st gear.... check out shops that specialize in transmission service and see if there is any hope of working on it ..... you may not need to replace the whole thing.....
