Just get a flat putty knife under the front edge, near the seat, and pop it upward, then pull forward. There is a connector that with a push will seperate. As for the bulbs, I only had to fix wiring and that cured the warning light on the dash also. Good luck, Joel :D What is the secret to removing the cover for the light assembly.
