viclykewhoa
Hi all, I was wondering if the steering in your GS300s gets loose at speeds above 60 mph. My steering wheel becomes very loose and this is concerning me. Is this normal for the GS? If not, what could be causing the very light steering? I greatly appreciate all of the responses I have been getting. Many of them are very helpful. THANKS GUYS!
indiasfinest
um...it could be adaptive steering where at higher speeds it becomes more loose...BMW has that
GuyTelefunken
Lexus does use PPS, progressive power steering. Right around 60mph is the magic number where assist is reduced to maintain higfh speed stability. It sounds like you have a problem with your system not reducing the assist therefore making it seem overly sensative at higher speeds. Low front wheel pressure could have that kind of effects. Win
