idahogs
Just found a gs300 online in Illinois this weekend. Found it fri morning and was on a plane at noon from idaho. (talk about your impulse buy. Anyway thought it was to good to be true. 2001 / 58k for $16060 including the tag to drive it home. Car fax checked out, buddy owns a body shop, hasnt been wrecked! I think I scored! Drove home 1701 miles in two days(a little faster than the posted limit). The car does not have a scratch on it, its perfect other than one crack on drivers side seat piping. Runs like brand new and soooo quite. Considering my other driver in a f250 crew cab, quiet is a relative thing i guess. Anyway, I'm giddy about the car, nothing that I don't love. Anything that I should be wary of or be prepared to fix anytime soon. Cool to find the forums!! Also was going to put a module (20-30HP) I saw on Ebay, worth it??? B) ← Those ebay modules are garbage, all they do is fool your intake sensor so it reads that the air is colder than it actually is. Just look into a cold air intake and upgrade your exhaust for the proper way to upgrade. You can look into a turbo setup ??? Good luck with your purchase really a great car !!! Lexusfreak
Perhaps a strut tower brace for handling is a good idea if your considering a suspension mod......fairly inexpensive & good results. B)
