camlex
Hello, I just stop by to rotate and balance my tires. and i find out that one wheel is bent. Please help me to make Decision: should I just buy one used wheel($100) or go and buy all four new wheels? if you think that i should buy all four new then i have to buy 15" wheels, because i just changed all four michelin tires. Which one is good looking and looks perfect on Lexus? Need help. Thanks,
ford212.809
Get a second opinion on that wheel. Go somewhere else to get them balanced. Don't say anything to the second opinion place. Sometimes these low payed techs set up the balancer wrong. I have been through this a time or two. B)

Are these the 'factory original' wheels on your car or aftermarket?
camlex
Hello, these are 'factory original' wheels. Its looks good but when they put for balancing ,looking side of the machine you can see up-down rotation. Thanks,

It should be a 'full size' rim (the exact same as you have on now)...have a look & there is the solution to your problem ;) Is the bent rim safe for a spare? just swap them. camlex
That's regular full size steel wheel. It's don't match. I called junk yard he has it and can sell it for $100. I am thinking to get it. and leave bad for spare. Thanks,

But $100 at an auto wrecker or salvage yard is not a bad price if the wheel is in good condition. B)

Sears guy was telling me that other little bent i cann't put it in truck. Bolts not fit. Something? Why?

Why? ← Funny, I work for Sears Canada actually in I.T. lol B) Just play with the wheel & if your patient, it should fit in there no problem. Glad you got your problem solved.......happy to help! ;)
camlex
Hello, It's good to hear that you work for Sears because those are the people who discovered that the wheel was bent. What he was saying was that the alloy wheel is higher then the spare steel wheel (full size) and you can't put the bolt on top of it so the wheel can stay in place without making noises. But as you adviced I will check on it patiently. Thank you very much
