Almost all decortive wood these days is grown and replaced just for this purpose. The plastic parts they put in the 400h are even worse on the environment. ← The "wood" they put in the other models seems pretty well encased in plastic itself. That shiny slick surface isn't wood. That shiny slick surface isn't wood. ← The shine is the clear acrylic they put on it. It protects the wood and makes it sniny. it doesn't work well against ring marks, but still.........
