i8hotdogs
Hello All, I am new to this site. I just purchased the 2003 LX 470 for my wife. I drove it for the first time this weekend and found a few things I was not sure about. My main concern was the transmission. If I am driving around 40-50 MPH on a slight uphill and I let go of the gas and let the RPM drop to the furthest point and then accelerate, the transmission has rough clunk before it starts to go. This does not occur on a down hill, only on a slight uphill. It will also not do it evertime, only about 3 out of 5 times. Has anyone experienced this? Second this is there is a lot of vibration coming from the steering wheel. I can feel the vibration starting from 3-5 MPH, I do not think it is a balance problem. Maybe the tire tread pattern is causing this. At highway speeds the steering wheel does not shake. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks...
