I bought another key online (from a dealer) but I need to get it authorized (the chip) by the system. Anybody out there know how to do this? I would greatly appreciate the time and effort. cruznroadking Posted February 15, 2005 Share Posted February 15, 2005 You need a Scan Tool to initialize the key. This should be done at a dealer or by someone trained to use a scan tool.
