Good Bike Rack?

Hi, I haven't posted before and really know nothing about cars. I would like to buy a good (easy to use/safe) bike rack for my 94 ES300. Bought my car new, still love it, but I am kind of protective of it. Any ideas or feedback for me? My apologies if someone has already asked this question. Thanks. :)

Now, i don't know much about bike racks, but my question for you is: Do you want your bike to be on top of the car? or do you want a rack on the back/trunk???

for the trunk, get one that is well padded and has multipoint restraints. Rhode Gear is very good.

For the top (will allow you to carry more than bikes),

I suggest Yakima or Thule. I personnally have Yakima (Q towers, 52" bars, copperhead bike rack, and four Mako Saddle kayak holders). This is very easy to pop on and off. But of course is more than the trunk mount.

go to several sporting good outfits, and bike shops. Look in the catalogs they have. Also look around, see who's carrying what.
