Rx 300 Worn Out Arm Rest

I just bought a used 1999 RX 300 with 85,000. It's in great condition except that the driver side armrest (for the driver's right arm) is pretty well worn. Does anyone know of a place where I can purchase a replacement? If so, has anyone replaced one of their own? It appears that it would be fairly easy to replace, but would like to hear your thoughts.

dpeneding on the colour and you can just get it reupholstered in suede or somethign for less than $40
