Did A Power Steering Flush, Now It Makes Noise

Hey guys, last night i did a power steering flush on my '95 SC400 as preventative maintenance (disconnected the return line and let the fluid run everywhere, then put it back on, refilled it and bled). It now makes groans whenever i turn the wheel going slow. Is there still air in it? This flush method has worked fine on all my other cars.

Again with the screens you may have flushed the crap into the screens and did you ever run it without fluid in it? There is always the possibility that there is air the system.
