I always disconnect the throttle body from the plenum.

You should only have to replace the first 2 oxygen sensors and that should fix your code 25.

Again with the screens you may have flushed the crap into the screens and did you ever run it without fluid in it? There is always the possibility that there is air the system.

Those screens should be cleaned when ever you replace or reseal the pump. I would not go to that dealership again, if they did not know that the they are stupid, honestly, I dont understand some people. Tell them to clean the screens and it will stop as long as there is not any other leaks that will fix it.

I am refering to the standard brembos, the "brembo blanks" but all brembo products are nice and hold up to their reputation that is why we use them at ozzi's. Though I dont think cross drilled can be turned, but dont hold me to that.

Replace your rotors with some brembos, I work on lexus for a living and if you get the cheap rotors they come warped and need to be cut. We see this all the time, sorry about bringing a dead thread back, but just in case you still have the problem, nothing else will cause pulasation while braking except warped rotors!
