New Lexus Ls 400 Owner

I baught a 1996 LS 400 back in November for $11,300 with 72,221 miles. The car rides REALLY WELL.

What should I look out for in this car?

I have already baught an additional key fob and printed programming instructions.

In my opinion, you have purchased the finest car made. Sure you will have some little problems, but the drive really is so smooth. As you read through the forum you will find out about everything you need to know. This website is excellent mainly because it is topic (Lexus) focused not a lot of BS like on some sites.

I bought a 96 last Summer for my wife. Paid $12,500 for car in perfect shape with 101,000 miles. You did better than I did. Best car I've (I mean my wife) has ever had. Only problem I may be developing is the compressor on the air conditioning. Not sure yet. Still, love the car.

Congratulations on the purchase leadbyxampl. I've had my 91 LS400 for about as long as you've had your 96. I really enjoy driving my Lexus and I can imagine that your 96 model would be even better to drive.
