i have a 2 channel RF amp. it is 4 ohm stable bridged. i currently have a 4 ohm load from my 10" woofer. my brother just gave me a 12 RF sub in a box. both the 10 and the 12 are 4ohm single voice coil speakers. if i wired these to make an 8ohm load would it harm the amp if it were bridged? woudl it run less power? thank you.

Running equal size subwoofers would sound better. Usually amps will put out less wrms with an 8ohm load...but that depends on the amp. What amp are you using?
