i just bought this lip spolier

for my 2001 IS 300 and i have no idea how to install it. It came with some screws and knuts and stuff and i dont know what do do

Good luck with that. Do as above and ask the vendor for directions. Better yet, go to a reputable dealer and buy a good lip spoiler that will fit. I doubt you'll be happy with the Ebay cheapo.
