Ticking Sound Only After 45 Mph +

I am hearing a Ticking noise after 45 mph. Did anyone hear this before ?

Could be the heater fan. Maybe you have leaves caught in it. Change the fan speed and see if the noise changes

It was the inner fender plastic thingy. FIXED
