Okay my car came a longe way. new seats (used) just 2 sounds instead of 10. This fourm has been great on helping me now I have a SOS out there. The old style odometer just stoped for some reason. For a while my radio and climate control lights been out. So if you have some usefull info shoot it my way.

Okay Guys I was on the quest to change my starter last night after work. A car that's 15 years old every hose and connector is easy to break. Where can I get new connectors from, I am sure Lexus wants you to buy the whole harness.

I jack up my car and looked at the leak drip from the Powerstearing fitting area going into the back of the pump. When the pump leaks what area does it leak in. I still need to replace my starter so funds are tight. :cries: It leaks a lot now and it lands on the heat shield of the alt. Bye the way Merry Christmas.

Sure did it was my father in Law was laid off went through some bad times and the people that I help out in the past help me out. Soon I will repay every one just got a high paying job after a Year. After I got a job my wife said good now u can get another car then she rode in it after the bushings and front end was fix and said okay now she understand why I want to keep it. Your website help me out alot with the DIY.

Its almost done. Now I see what you all see in these cars I drove mine from Tulsa to Dallas. This car has a 185,000 miles on it and cost me nothing and it rides like a dream now. I spent as much as 30,000 for cars and trucks and they ride crappy after 60,000 miles. All I need now is exhuast repairs, starter making noise and P/S leaking to be fixed. You all have been a great help!

I have a 92 LS400 the drivers seat leans on one side. Also need the 2 fron seats recovered. I live in the Tulsa area now but always in dallas on weekends.

tanks guys the starter, brakes and p/s leaks. I fixed the fron end troubles pretty easy. So any info on the starter and P/s system is helpful

On the ls400 does the pump go out, are just leak. I see p/s fluid leaking but i think its from the line. I did notice it is leaking on my alt. Could it be from a seal on the pum its self. Does anyone have any thing on replacing the starter and p/s. I am amlmost ready to drive it!

guys this is really bothering me. The sway bar bushings are suported on th strut rod bracket. I looked in the other one and it had theads in it . the passager one didn't. perhaps they broke off and feel in the frame some where. How can I fix this :o

I JUST had my strut rod bushings replaced. They're in the rear, correct? I wanted to ask you, how did you find out a screw was missing? What sound was it making? Is there a way I can look to see if a screw is missing? ← Sorry I replace the ones in the front

while replacing the strut rod bushing I found a screew was missing from my strut bar bracket. After finding this out i notice it had no theads to screew in the frame. has this happen to any one else. this means the loose end of the strut bar bracket is hitting the frame.

so this works from the evap core so all i have to do is remove the fans, and the spray is for the odor
