Remote Start Help!

I'm installing my alarm right now and I don;t know which Wire to tap for the ign. I hear it was the black wire on the bottom of set of wires on the ign. coil. My car is a 93 sc400 . is there any difference between the years of SC400 where the ign coil wire is also???

Look for black/yellow or black/orange, both of those are ignition.

i took off a remote start system on my ex honda prelude and it was the black/white that was on ign. im planing to install it on my sc400 soon also.

I got it installed. it was the black wire. on the bottom coil. i looked at my friends car it was also the black wire but on the top coil. does it make a difference??
