Sly1
I plan on spending about 25k on a car. Although i'm not positive yet, I think I want to opt for a used GS over an LS. Now I can't decide if I should go for the 6 or 8 cyl. I welcome the voice of experience.... Thanks, Tom
SKperformance
i guess first question is what do you want out of a car the performance of a gs 400 is wonderful to me and smooth the gs300 is ok gives what it needs to just kinda adequate also what options do you want or need as only certain cars may come with them also you age and insurance may play a part for the 400 to me it is a no brainer 400 or 430 all the way just need to decide on preferences
Sly1
Thanks for the reply skperformance. The Way it looks to me there isnt much difference in the price of the two after 35-50k miles. The gas mileage trade off is neglegable too. I look to forward to toying with a 300hp aluminum block 5spd car. I just wanted to know if anyone had a preference for the GS300. :D
SKperformance
other than not being able to afford the 400 i see none except if you wnated to switch in a twin turbo form a supra as it is the same inline
AWJ
I would by a 1993 to 1997 GS300 in excellent condition. Then I would add boost liberally.
