I Had A Ques On My Sc 300 And 400

OK I have a 1992 sc 300 5 spd... (www.freewebs.com/nimski62) My dad just bought a 1995 sc 400 with a good temprature control display... i was wondering if it would be an easy switch... also the needles are good on the sc 400, but the speedos are diff cuzz it has traction control, and its a 5 spd so it dosent have the automatic lights and stuff on it.... could i switch just the needles out?? and do the head lights interchange (fog on the 300 HEAD LIGHT<hate it) and do the tail lights interchange?? and one more thing.... the NAKAMICHI STEREO i love it in the 400... if that stuff interchanges imma change it... so please advise me if you kno if it does or not...thank you
