HVAC on 2005 ES330

The cold air coming out of the driver side dash vents is not as chilled as the air coming out of the passenger vents. Actuator problem? Does the model have one for each side? I am getting air flow, but temps are different.

Thanks. I'll try the fuse disconnect before trying to locate the actuator, which is probably tough to get to.
