Doesn’t seem to affect any driving. Also completely random. Happens while driving and parked, lights on or off. Sometimes it won’t do it for miles and other times it happens every 30-60 seconds. Car has less than 50,000 miles. UCF21 1998.

Problem solved. Bad battery. It checked out as good, was running at 12v and the car was running at 14.5v but replaced the battery with an Optima red top and everything works perfectly.
