I didn’t do anything to resolve the “problem”. My Celsior doesn’t need that relay. My fan is hydraulic and I don’t have heated seats.

Resolved. My car doesn’t need a “Main Engine” relay.

Problem solved. Bad battery. It checked out as good, was running at 12v and the car was running at 14.5v but replaced the battery with an Optima red top and everything works perfectly. horn doesn’t work because someone removed the actual horns in Japan for some reason.

Doesn’t seem to affect any driving. Also completely random. Happens while driving and parked, lights on or off. Sometimes it won’t do it for miles and other times it happens every 30-60 seconds. Car has less than 50,000 miles. UCF21 1998. IMG_0147.mov

Just checking to see if this is normal. Figured my car either wouldn’t run or have CEL’s on if it wasn’t.

Let me refine and simplify my issue. Anything not listed below works fine. -Key remote will pop trunk. It only beeps if I push the Lock button but not Unlock. Won’t unlock/lock doors. -Power locks don’t work with or without key remote. Locks only work manually. -Window switch only works after I lock/unlock the door, then works fine. Master switch only controls drivers window -Horn doesn’t work - fuse is good and I can hear the horn relay clicking when horn is pressed, so that rules out bad switch or clockspring. -Dome light doesn’t work on “door” setting, but works when switched to “on” position. -Drivers side seatbelt height adjuster doesn’t work, passenger side does -Side mirror adjuster doesn’t adjust either mirror -Power folding mirrors don’t work, mirror vibrator works -Seat/steering wheel memories won’t program or work - all seat and steering wheel adjusters do work. All fuses are good. Haven’t checked every relay though. No CEL or Airbag lights.

Trust me, I’ve searched and watched almost every YouTube video I can find. my car is a imported 1997(1998) Celsior with only 42,000 miles and bone stock. Runs/drives great. here’s the full list of what’s not working horn, door dome light, power folding mirrors/mirror adjusters(mirror vibrator works), remote key, saved seat/steering wheel memories, master window switch/lock(drivers window works)[all window switches work at each door], don’t think my bumper cornering blinker lights turn on with blinkers(bulbs are good), drivers side seat belt height switch, and I think I found out today my cruise control doesn’t work. Checked EVERY fuse in engine bay and kick panel, all good and clean. Dome light turns on manually but won’t with doors. Every light works except possibly my cornering lights. All other systems work perfectly. Touch screen is fine, radio works, function buttons on steering wheel works, all electric seat buttons work, steering wheels telescope/height, etc. no dash codes or check lights on. many people have one or two of these issues independently but not all together, and their fixes are usually fuses or high mileage wear and tear. The key remote has newer batter and will beep but not unlock the doors. i have unplugged the battery a number of times but none of the typical system resets seem to work in my situation. I have a hard time believing all these systems are connected to one problem but my friend i got the car from drove it from the port in Cali all the way up the coast to WA and said EVERYTHING worked perfectly before it sat for a number of months.
