Hey folks, thinking of buying a used 2013 RX350.

The car has low mileage - approx., 108K with clean interior and exterior. 

Is it worth buying a 11 year Lexus RX350? What kind of major maintenance would be required to keep it running like new? Is it going to last for 10 years (one of my key criteria)?

The key here is to:

Look up this year RX's maintenance schedule.
Try to find out if the owner followed that schedule and either has receipts or record of dates on which he did the work.
If the vehicle had been well-maintained and there is written proof, you may still want to have a Lexus dealership inspect it.
