Cell phone swapping shortcut

Greetings! I'm new to Lexus and this Forum. I got my new ES300H four weeks ago and I can't be happier! 

I have two cell phones, an iPhone that's a company phone and my own personal Pixel 7 Pro. 

Is there a shortcut by which I could swap between the two? Currently I have to go to the Lexus screen on either Android Car of Apple Car Play, go to settings and change the phone. This is a little risky when driving and especially if the wife calls on my personal cell phone and the corporate iPhone is connected.
