Lexus offers one as a dealer part. You may be able to get one cheaper elsewhere, but the genuine Lexus one does look nice, and it feels substantial when you give it the "knuckle rap" test.

Yup, that's the regular cost. $45 is the employee cost and my salesman ordered it for me under his name.
