What I got was a diff. carrier no gear or pinion and I dont understand how this carrier can change the ratio w/o a diff. ring and pinion.Can someone help I want to get this thing in.If it helps the part # is 41301-js402 and it says discrimination yellow. new big400 Posted October 25, 2004 Author Share Posted October 25, 2004 yes i found out my instincts were right and I do need a ring and pinion.All I have is a carrirer which is supposed to be more like a possi rearend.I cant wait to get this stuff in right now im tring to find a good deal on a 3;76 supra ring and pinion I think thats what its gonna take.Anyone know where to get the best deal on genuine toyota parts Ive tried everywhere I know and theyre steep.
