MyLeXusMyBabY Posted October 1, 2004 Share Posted October 1, 2004 I'm getting new tires next week and i've read the posts and I know that the Toyos Proxes TPT V rated are most popular ones but what about the size of the tire? I have stock rims with 205/65-15 on them but those 205 looks soo skinny and whimpy. Can I get some 225s without causing any rubbing? how bout sidewall height, do i have to go up or down on that? Would i hurt the handling or the comfort of the ride if i do go with a wider tire. Ive seen 215/60-15 and 225/60-15 at tirerack. Would these work on my stock rims? Lexusfreak Posted October 5, 2004 Share Posted October 5, 2004 E-mail Toyo USA to ask them which Proxes TPT's could you get on your ride to fit correctly in the 'V' speed rating.
