Rx 400h 2008 vibration under hood

I am getting an intermittent vibration under the hood.  Won't replicate when at dealer.  The whole radiator "vibrates" when it does it & makes a whirring noise.  any ideas?

Does it do this only when an engine bay fan turns on?

Sounds like it could a busted fan mount. Turn on the AC, which activates the fans and see if that causes it.

The problem is it is intermittent.  Not all the time.  Not every time the fan is on.

In this case, the dealership should keep your vehicle, overnight and run it when it is cold and fully warmed up. This is common procedure when an issue is intermittent.
