The lexus app on the device  also I have nx350 premium is there a charge for navigation

My understanding is that there is after the trial subscription time is over.  The Lexus app will tell you when your subscription expires for each type of subscription.

Be happy if all remnants of the "free" app has been deleted.

When we bought the car I did not install any of the apps. All free things are not at all free. They are free with thoughts about making money, one way or the other.

When buying a new computer, first thing I do is install the operation system from scratch and then remove as much of the bloat I can (in Windows it is Bing, Edge, search and then opting out of all messaging to Microsoft), in Android I usualluy spend a couple of hours removing bloat and for both operation system it make the machines function close to twice the speed compared to what Google and Microsoft want me to have in the devices..
