Mike K.
Purchased our new RX350H on March 2 and still no 2nd key. Anyone aware of a class action yet?
Lexus-CT
Very poor service, complaining is difficult / no use as they can afford better lawyers than we can. But no problem. Next car will not come from them. Next car will not be EV. Now abundant natural hydrogen is found so many places that next car will be either fuel-cell or hydrogen combustion so we can emit water instead of poison. H knight
Simoles, we have all been misled about the keys and locking wheel nuts. Next time vote with your feet and buy another quality make instead
Marys Lexus
bought my NX350h on May 5, 2023. Just got my 2nd key fob. I checked Lexus app and say message stating to call my dealer for 2nd fob. I called same day. They confirmed that my car was now eligible. Made an appointment for next day, and now have my 2nd fob. Long wait. Glad it's over. Read somewhere where first quarter 2024 they will be caught up. Check with your dealer. We had not yet received a letter, so yours may be ready now. Easiest is to check on the Lexus app to see if you have the notification, and/or with the dealer to see if they show it as now eligible. P. Kellett
Same problem here with my 2024 RX500h. Was told by dealer that 2nd key would arrive in March. Didn't happen! This is a stain on Lexus' reputation.
vandine
Report this to NHTSA as a safety and security issue. Lexus not sharing all the info, campaign is no longer listed on the app. I think they are trying to stuff the digital key down our throats, glitchy and unsafe as it is. Its all about profit.......
Rdoc
The same thing happened to us. We bought a hybrid Lexus 350 in early January 2024 and only got one key. I called the car sales office twice and was transferred to service. They said it was Lexus National that would eventually send out letters so we could get keys. I called the national phone line and they said letters should come out soon. That was 2 months ago!!

Lots of ways Lexus could have handled this. Whoever made this decision (only one Fob, empty promises (lies) about Fob situation, keeping dealerships in the dark, etc) is a complete idiot and should be fired.
JMSC
Did you all ever get your keys? I bought a 24 ES 350 Luxury a couple months ago and received 2 keys and a thick credit card looking thing that goes in your wallet. It functions as a key as well. I bought my new 2024 ES350 Luxury on 13Jul24 and was happily surprised (after having read the previous messages and similar messages on the Toyota boards) to get two keys plus the card key. My car was built in December 2023, so maybe the second key was added after delivery to the dealer.
