  1. Any thoughts on why 23LJ01 (2nd Key Fob program) is not listed as a service campaign on the status/health tabs of the Lexus app? I have reported to the NHTSA as I see this as a safety/security issue. The digital key is very glitchy and could leave one stranded. Lost phone or dead phone battery or dead spot could also leave one locked out and stranded. Lexus should have, at the least, provided a lower tech card key as a backup.
  2. Report this to NHTSA as a safety and security issue. Lexus not sharing all the info, campaign is no longer listed on the app. I think they are trying to stuff the digital key down our throats, glitchy and unsafe as it is. Its all about profit.......

  4. Since Lexus has made it's customer service form so cumbersome, I have reported the key fob issue to NHTSA. On the Lexus app, the 2nd Key Program Campaign is not even listed (23LJ01). The dealership cannot provide a clear answer on when this will be fixed. For my wife and me, both 70 years young (I am a disabled Army veteran), this is a potential safety and security concern.
