Mild clicking sound from wheels while accelerating in low speed

Rx350 2011, car drives with no issues but light clicking sound when I keep the windows down near pavement in low speed while accelerating. Been told by mechanic its part like bar inside the front wheels which needs greesing.

Did anyone face the same issue?

Clicking or cheeping can also be a brake pad wear indicator.  CV joints and wheel bearings can also make clicking noise when the vehicle is rounding a bend.
It's probably best to have it inspected.

I am having the same issue and now 2 mechanics cannot find out why. Did you ever get this resolved?
